Friday -

Class Information

Open Mat – A chance to come down and use the facilities.

Kage Kids MMA – Mixed Martial Arts for Children from 6 to 16 years old, the classes focus on learning Mixed Martial Arts in a safe and friendly environment..

BJJ (Gi) – This class focuses on the amazing Martial Art of Brazilian Jui Jitsu, this class focuses on takedowns, submissions and position control in a Kimono (Gi). This class is suitable for beginners.

BJJ (Gi & No Gi) – This class focuses on the amazing martial art of Brazilian Jui Jitsu, primarily takedowns, submissions and position control. It is your choice if you choose to wear a Kimono (Gi) or not. This class is suitable for beginners

Kids BJJ – Brazilian Jui Jitsu for children aged 6 to 16 years old. The chance for children to learn the Kimono based Art made famous by the Gracie Family. Suitable for beginners.

MMA ABC’s – This is great class for new students to MMA (often referred to as Cage Fighting) to dip their toe in the water and give it a go, or for experienced fighters to improve their technique.

MMA Intermediate – This class covers positional techniques and some sparring. This is a great class to prepare for the “Fight Team Training” classes and to further develop skills taught in the “MMA ABC” classes. Also a very good class to help improve fitness and weight loss.

Kick Jitsu – This is our official grading system for Mixed Martial Arts taught only at Fulinkazan Gym and approved by CMAA (Cobra Martial Arts Association).

Fight Team Training – This is a drilling and sparring based class. It is ideal for anyone wanting to test their skills in a safe environment and is essential to prepare for MMA competition.

Submission Wrestling – This class looks at the grappling arts from around the world, teaching the techniques of Olympic Freestyle Wrestling, Brazilian Jui Jitsu and Sambo. Great for fitness, fun and to add extra skills for a Mixed Martial Artist. This class is suitable for beginners.

Circuit training – Looking to lose weight? Tone up? Have fun? This class is for you! Boxing/Martial Arts based circuit training for everyone.

Conditioning – This is as session not for the faint hearted and is an essential class for the fighters.

Wrestling – Based on Olympic Freestyle Wrestling this is a great class focusing on control and pinning technique, a must for MMA fighters, Submission and BJJ grapplers. This class is suitable for beginners.

Kickboxing – This class focuses on the striking arts, Boxing and Kicking techniques are practised in this class. This class is suitable for beginners.

Prices

Adults (over 16)

  • £6 for each Single Session
  • £8 for Evening Pass
  • £12.50 for a Weekly Pass
  • £40 for a Monthly Pass Standing order
  • £45 for a Monthly Pass Cash

 

Under 16’s

  • £3.50 for Kage Kids
  • £5 for Evening Pass (one class or the full night)
  • £12.50 for a Weekly Pass
  • £30 for a Monthly Pass

  3. Isa – classes are 5 to 6 on a Wednesday and they are £3.50

    Aadila – the classes are mixed, but we are looking to put sine ladies only course on soon.
